HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution - 79-13- 19790214 - Dedication as public opeRESOLUTION NO. 79-13 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT DEDICATING CERTAIN DISTRICT LANDS TO PUBLIC OPEN SPACE PURPOSES The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 79-12 the Board of Directors does hereby dedicate for public open space purposes (pursuant to Public Resources Code Sec. 5540) the following lands acquired by District, as the boundaries thereof exist on the present date as listed in Exhibit "1" attached. Section 2. Pursuant to Resolution 79-12 the Board of Directors does expressly withhold from dedication and place in a planning reserve status the following parcels of land or portions thereof as listed in Exhibit "2" attached. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * RESOLUTION NO. 79_13 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District on February 14 regular meeting thereof, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: , 1979 at a D.
