RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE
DISTRICT DEDICATING CERTAIN DISTRICT LANDS
TO PUBLIC OPEN SPACE PURPOSES
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 79-12 the
Board of Directors does hereby dedicate for public open
space purposes (pursuant to Public Resources Code Sec. 5540)
the following lands acquired by District, as the boundaries
thereof exist on the present date as listed in Exhibit "1"
attached.
Section 2. Pursuant to Resolution 79-12 the Board
of Directors does expressly withhold from dedication and
place in a planning reserve status the following parcels
of land or portions thereof as listed in Exhibit "2"
attached.

of a resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the
