APPOINTING CLASS 3 MEMBER TO THE CARTERET
PLANNING BOARD
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Class iii Member of the Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.SA 40:55 D-23 and the Code of the Borough of
Carteret, Article 2, Section 160-5, said member is appointed by the Borough Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
JAMES MANCUSO
is hereby appointed to the Carteret Planning Board, term to expire 12/31/98.
Adopted this 18th day of June, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 19, 1998.
