AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING A 17 ACRE TRACT LOCATED NORTH OF WILLIAMSBURG WAY FROM PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, TO RS-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. City Clerk .J REZONING PUBLIC HEARING RE: Request filed by Elmer F. and Lorene B. Goldammer to rezone a 17 acre tract located north of Williamsburg Way from PUD, Planned Unit Development , to RS-1 , Single Family. In 1983, the owners planned condominium development ( forty units ) for this area and at that time requested the property be rezoned from RS-1, Single Family, to PUD, Planned Unit Development. The owners now wish to develop the property with 23 single family dwellings rather than the higher number of condominiums . A new single family dwelling subdivision plat accompanied this request for rezoning. No one appeared in opposition to this request at the Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission meeting of October 13, 1988.
