AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
finds that certain property in the custody of the Central
Maintenance Division and described as follows:
1983 Ford Passenger Vehicle VIN 1FABP43G9D7110461
is surplus property, and as such represents a burdensome cost for
storage and maintenance, and that the property is no longer needed
for any public purpose.
Section 2. The Director of the Transportation Department is
hereby authorized to advertise for bid the item described in
Section 1 for sale, and to sell the property to the highest bidder.
® Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
