I I I to � AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING AND ABUTTING JAYCEE DRIVE IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID ROADWAY. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots of tracts of land fronting and abutting Jaycee Drive in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said roadway, the sum of $7,743.00 as the total costs of the improvement of said roadway, amounting to 774.30 front feet; the cost price per front foot is $10.00 per front foot on property which had no existing curb and gutters. Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $10.00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting and abutting said improved roadway. Section 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting and abutting on each side of said roadway and the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said roadway and the cost price per foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as special tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said roadway is listed as follows: Norman R. Reichard and Adeline A. Reichard, his wife, Owners of property described as follows: Part of the Northwest fractional quarter of Section 2, Township 44, Range 12, in the County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: From the northwest corner of said Section 2 ; thence east along the Township line, 247 feet, to the southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to C. A. Bottermuller and wife, by deed of record in Book 144, page 151, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence North 5 degrees 10 minutes west, along the east line of said Bottermuller tract, 51 feet, to the southerly line of the Ten Mile Drive; thence South 87 degrees 13 minutes east, along the southerly line of said Ten Mile Drive, 718.87 feet, to the point of intersection of the southerly line of Ten Mile Drive with the west line of Jaycee Drive and the beginning point of this description; thence south 1 degree 45 minutes east, along the west line of Jaycee Drive, 200 feet: thence North 87 degrees 13 minutes west, 175.0 feet; thence North 1 degree 45 minutes west, 200 feet, to the southerly line of the Ten Mile Drive; thence south 87 degrees 13 minutes east, along the southwesterly line of the Ten Mile Drive, 175 feet, to the beginning point of this description. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out special tax bills in favor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the above mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work in accordance with the Ordinance of said City in regard to said work.
