AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH
WILLIAMS-KEEPERS CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS FOR THE AUDIT OF
1987-88 CITY RECORDS WHICH EXPANDS THE SCOPE OF SERVICES AND
PROVIDES FOR ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The contract with Williams-Keepers Certified
Public Accountants for the audit of 1987-88 City records,
authorized by Ordinance 11092, and dated the 19th day of September,
1988, shall be amended by expanding the scope of services and
providing for additional compensation.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the
amendment.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
® from and after its passage and approval.
