ORDINANCE NO. I O
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SOUTHRIDGE MALL SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Thomas T. Stewart and Susan A. Stewart, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section 24 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
From the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of said Section 24 ; thence S 88°
30' 55" E, along the quarter quarter section line,
628 .36 feet to the most easterly corner of a tract of
land described in Book 270 , Page 705 , Cole County
Recorder's Office and the POINT OF BEGINNING for this
description; thence N 420 38 ' 58" W, along the easterly
line of said tract, 388.35 feet to the southwesterly
corner of a tract of land described in Book 308 , Page
769 , Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N 47° 20 '
57" E, along the southerly line of said tract, 125 .00
feet to the southeasterly corner thereof; thence N 42°
38 ' 58" W, along the easterly line of said tract, 30.00
feet to the southwesterly corner of a tract of land
described in Book 312 , Page 182 , Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence N 470 20 ' 57" E, along the southerly
line of said tract, 128 . 71 feet to the westerly line of
Bubba Lane; thence S 420 30 ' 30" E, along the westerly
line of Bubba Lane, 5.67 feet; thence S 510 28 ' 55" E,
along the westerly line of said Bubba Lane, 324 .23 feet
to the northeasterly corner of a tract of land
described in Book 303 , Page 972 , Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence S 38 ° 31 ' 05" W. along the northerly
line of said tract, 138.87 feet to the most westerly
corner thereof; thence S 41° 54 ' 41" E, along the
westerly line of said tract and the westerly line of
another tract described in Book 311 , Page 252 , Cole
County Recorder's Office, 229 .45 feet to the northerly
right-of-way line of U.S. Route 54 at the southerly

southerly line of said northwest quarter of the
northwest quarter, 227.54 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.

West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
From the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of said Section 24 ; thence S 880
30 ' 55" E, along the quarter quarter section line,
855.90 feet to the most southerly corner of a tract of
land described in Book 311, Page 252, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence N 41° 54 ' 41" W, along the
westerly line of said tract and the westerly line of
another tract described in Book 303, Page 972 , Cole
County Recorder's Office, 229 .45 feet to the most
westerly corner of said tract in said Book 303, Page
® 972; thence N 38° 31 ' 05" E, along the northerly line

description, said point being on the easterly line of

W, along the easterly line of Bubba Lane, 23 .86 feet to
the most southerly corner of a tract of land described
in Book 308, Page 542 , Cole County Recorder' s Office;
thence N 470 27 ' 41" E, along the southerly line of
said tract, 153 .43 feet to the southwesterly line of a
tract of land described in Book 291, Page 796, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence S 61° 43 ' 43" E, along
the southwesterly line of said tract, 325.67 feet to
the most northerly corner of the aforesaid tract in
said Book 296, Page 960; thence S 380 31 ' 05" W, along
the northwesterly line of said tract , 213.22 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Southridge Mall Subdivision, that all

taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied
with by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Southridge Mall Subdivision, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
S SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
