ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CONTRACT WITH STOKES ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC. , FOR ELECTRICAL
MAINTENANCE TO CITY BUILDINGS BY INCREASING THE AUTHORIZED AMOUNT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The contract with Stokes Electric Company, Inc. ,
for electrical maintenance to City buildings authorized by
Ordinance 10891, and dated the 19th day of August, 1987, shall be
amended by increasing the maximum amount to be expended set out in
paragraph 12 to $45, 000. 00.
Section 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the
amendment.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
