AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH HAROLD G. BUTZER, INC. , FOR HEATING,
AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION MAINTENANCE FOR CITY BUILDINGS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The contract with Harold G. Butzer, Inc. , for
heating, air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance for City
buildings authorized by Ordinance 11022 , and dated the 18th day of
May, 1988, shall be amended by increasing the maximum amount to be
expended set out in paragraph 13 to $33 ,000. 00.
Section 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the
amendment.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
