AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION - SECTION 17 , A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Frank Landwehr Trust, Frank J . Landwehr, Trustee,
and Mildred A. Landwehr, Trustee, owner of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a
plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township
44 North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows:
From the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 16; thence N 83° 26 ' 03" E, along the
Section Line, 1470.50 feet; thence N 06° 33 ' 57" W, on
® a direct line, 878 .33 feet to the southeast corner of
Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 16, as per plat of
record in Plat Book 11 , Page 416, Cole County
Recorder's Office, and the POINT OF BEGINNING for this
description; thence northerly along the eastern
boundary of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 16, the
following courses : N 130 44 ' 25" E, 205 . 61 feet;
thence N 040 17 ' 54" W, 337 . 18 feet to the
northeasterly corner of said Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 16 ; thence leaving the eastern
boundary of said Subdivision, N 790 47 ' 32" E, 530.00
feet to the southwest corner of a tract described by
deed of record in Book 266 , Page 919 , Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence S 050 10 ' 40" W, 305.29 feet;
thence S 130 46 ' 03" W, 554 .22 feet to a northeasterly
corner of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 13 , as
per plat of record in Plat Book 11 , Page 176 , Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence along the northern
boundary of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section
13, the following courses: N 580 16 ' 12" W, 263.71
feet; thence N 31° 43 ' 48" E, 10.00 feet; thence N 580
16 ' 12" W, 60.00 feet; thence N 730 45 ' 08" W, 120.48
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 7 . 24 acres.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision
known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Section 17,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The plat of Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Section
17, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
