AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
11120 ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1988-89 BY AMENDING
THE AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION IN THE TRANSPORTATION
DEPARTMENT PERTAINING TO MECHANICS AND APPRENTICE MECHANICS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 11120 shall be amended by the addition
of a clarifying footnote to the personnel schedule of authorized
full-time positions pertaining to the Central Maintenance Division
of the Transportation Department which shall read as follows:
The total number of Automobile Equipment Mechanics and Auto
Equipment Mechanic Apprentices shall not exceed five. The
division of employees between the two positions shall be
determined by the Director of Transportation with the approval
of the City Administrator.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
