AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 1512 ST. MARY 'S
BOULEVARD FROM RS-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO RD TWO FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-3 Single Family Residential to RD Two Family Residential:
Lots No. 1 and 2 in Brown's Highland Addition to the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, being a part of the
. northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 12 ,
Township 44, Range 12 . EXCEPT that part conveyed to the
State of Missouri for highway purposes by deed of record
in Book 190, Page 376, Cole County Recorder's Office.
ALSO: Part of the northeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of a tract
conveyed to Henry A. Laux, by deed of record in Book 53 ,
Page 584, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N 130 45 '
E, 300 feet; thence N 600 W, 50 feet; thence S 130 45 '
W, 300 feet; thence S 60° E, 50 feet to the point of
beginning; being a parcel of ground fronting 50 feet on
the northerly line of St. Mary's Boulevard, by a depth
northerly between parallel lines of 300 feet; the
southwesterly corner of said parcel of ground being
1029.7 feet southeasterly (measured along the northerly
line of St. Mary's Boulevard) from the intersection of
the northerly line of St. Mary's Boulevard with the west
line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section 12; EXCEPT that part conveyed to the State of
Missouri for U.S. Highway No. 50, by conveyance of record
in Book 185, Page 132, Cole County Recorder's Office.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
