AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SCHEDULE
Y, TEN MINUTE PARKING, AND SCHEDULE P, TWO HOUR PARKING, OF SECTION
18-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS IT
PERTAINS TO A PORTION OF HIGH STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule Y, Ten Minute Parking, of Section 18-401
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby amended
by the deletion of the following ten minute parking between the
hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. :
High Street - The north side thereof, beginning at a point 264
feet west of the west curb of Jefferson Street extending west
for a distance of 126 feet.
Section 2 . Schedule Y, Ten Minute Parking, of Section 18-401
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby amended
by the addition of the following ten minute parking between the
hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5: 00 p.m. :
High Street - The north side thereof, beginning at a point 264
feet west of the west curb of Jefferson Street extending west
for a distance of 126 feet.
Section 3. Schedule P, Two Hour Parking, of Section 18-401
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby amended
by the deletion of the following:
West High Street - the north side of the 100 block, except the
portion beginning 264 feet west of the west curb of Jefferson
Street and extending west for a distance of 126 feet which
shall be two (2) hour parking except the hours of 7:30 a.m. -
9:30 a.m. , Monday through Friday at which time it shall then
be ten minute parking.
Section 4. Schedule P, Two Hour Parking, of Section 18-401
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended
by the addition of the following:
West High Street - The north side of the 100 block, except the
portion beginning 264 feet west of the west curb of Jefferson
Street and extending west for a distance of 126 feet.
Section S. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
