AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF MOAB OFFICIAL ZONE MAP
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Moab and the Moab City Planning Commission desire
to make zone amendments to promote the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity, and
general welfare of the present and future inhabitants of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Moab held a public hearing on February 9, 2006
concerning the amendment of the City of Moab Official Zone Map to reflect a zoning change from R-3
to C-3 for property located at 488 North Main Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Moab that effective upon the signing of this
Ordinance, the City of Moab Official Zone Map with its amended zoning boundary lines and zone
changes shall be declared to be an official record of the City and shall be included as a part of Title 17 of
the Moab Municipal Zoning Ordinances and shall reflect a zone change from R-3 to C-3 for property
located at 488 North Main.
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of the City of Moab in open session this 28tb day
of February, 2006.
