AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
11120 ADOPTING THE BUDGET AS IT PERTAINS TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL
DOCUMENTS FOR THE CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SAFETY GRANT PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 11120 adopting the budget for the fiscal
year 1988-89 is hereby amended as it pertains to the Police
Department as follows:
Revenue Account
10-00-335A - Net increase = $30,000.00
Expense Account
10-32-241A - Net increase = $30,000.00
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute all documents necessary for the continued participation of
the Jefferson City Police Department in the Department of Public
Safety grant.
Section 3. The documents shall be substantially the same in
form and content as these attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

CERTIFICATION BY MAYOR
I hereby certify that the sums appropriated in the ordinance are
available in the various funds to meet the requirements of this
