ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF EAST HAVENWOOD ESTATES, SECTION TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, John R. Kleffner and Linda C. Kleffner, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the west half of the northwest fractional quarter
and part of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of Fractional Section 22, in the City of
Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
From the northwest corner of the west half of the
northwest fractional quarter of said Section 22; thence
N 86° 181 0011 E, along the south line of Private Survey
No. 2701, 503.00 feet; thence S 240 40' 0011 W, 30.55 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING for this description; thence
S 43° 05' 0311 E, 287.40 feet; thence southerly on a curve
to the left having a radius of 193.83 feet, an arc
distance of 85.13 feet (the chord of said curve being S
34° 19 ' 5911 W, 84.45 feet) ; thence S 720 54' 1711 E, 187.21
feet; thence S 030 421 0011 E, 50.96 feet; thence N 810 41'
13" E, 115.37 feet; thence S 030 421 0011 E, 51.32 feet;

south line of the west half of the northwest fractional

the southwest corner of the west half of the northwest
fractional quarter of said Section 22 ; thence N 020 441

southwest corner of East Havenwood Estates, Section One,

County Recorder's Office; thence along the boundary of

said East Havenwood Estates, Section One, the following
courses: N 61° 24 ' 38" E, 438.28 feet; thence N 130 53 '
38" W, 227.00 feet; thence N 240 40' 00" E, 300.45 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 11.29 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as East Havenwood Estates, Section Two, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied
with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of East Havenwood Estates, Section Two,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify
the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
