AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING ALL OF LOT ONE AND THE WESTERLY PART
OF LOT TWO OF CHRISTY COMMERCIAL PLAZA FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY)
TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSOD , MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-2 (Single Family) to C-2 (General Commercial) :
Part of the south half of the northwest quarter of
Section 24, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City
of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly
described as the following:
From the center of said Section 24; thence N 860 38 ' 32"
W, along the quarter section line, 437.26 feet to the
southwest corner of the first described tract in Book
213, Page 241, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N
03° 43 ' 47" E, along the westerly line of said tract
376.64 feet to the northeast corner of the described
tract in Book 268, Page 642, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence N 860 381 32" W, 401.91 feet along the
northerly line thereof, to the point of beginning of this
description; thence following the same course, N 860 38'
32" W, 401.92 feet; thence S 47° 22 ' 00" W, 269.92 feet;
thence N 17° 09' 33" W, 66.46 feet to the most easterly
corner of a tract described in Book 219, Page 283, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence N 420 38 ' 00" W, along
the northeasterly line of said tract described in Book
219, Page 288, 411.47 feet to the most southerly corner
of a tract described in Book 274, Page 931, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence N 470 22 ' 00" E, 187.00 feet
along the southeasterly line of said tract described in
Book 274, Page 931, to the most easterly, corner thereof;
thence N 42° 38' 00" W, 32 feet; thence N 35° 23 ' 09" E,
228.15 feet to the most southerly point of a tract
described in Book 174, Page 126, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence N 470 19' 00" E, along the southeasterly
line thereof, 344.43 feet; thence leaving said tract S
27° 041 0719 E, 872.19 feet to the beginning point of this
rezoning description.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
