ORDINANCE NO. XIA- y 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING LAND LOCATED BEHIND 3724 WEST TRUMAN
BLVD. FROM RS-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO C-4 (PLANNED COMMERCIAL) AND BY
REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS IN MALL RIDGE ADDITION, SECTION 21 FROM
RS-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO RA-2 (MULTI FAMILY) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate in Fractional
Section 4, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, Cole County, Missouri,
is rezoned:
From RS-1 (Single Family) to C-4 (Planned Commercial) :
a. A tract of land located behind 3724 West Truman
Blvd. , more particularly described as the
southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of
the southwest quarter of said Fractional
Section 4.
From RS-1 (Single Family) to RA-2 (Multi Family) :
b. Certain parcels in said Fractional Section 4,
more particularly described as Lots 20 thru 34
inclusive, Lot 36, and Tract C of Mall Ridge
Addition, Section 2, as recorded in Book 11,
Page 90, Cole County Recorder's Office.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
