AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SCHEDULE A SPEED LIMITS OF
SECTION 18-401 BY THE ADDITION OF ROADWAYS IN THE NEWLY
CONSOLIDATED AREA, FORMERLY KNOWN AS CEDAR CITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is
hereby amended by amending subpart (a) fifty-five miles per hour,
of Schedule A, Speed Limits, of Section 18-401 by the deletion of
the following:
Highway 54 - From the north city limits south to the north
Cedar City city limits.
Section 2. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is
hereby amended by amending subbart (a) fifty-five miles per hour
of Schedule A, Sneed Limits, of Section 18-401 by the addition of
the following:
Highway 54 - From the north city limits to 1, 150 feet south
of Highway 63 .
Section 3 . The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is
hereby amended by amending subpart (c) forty-Five miles per hour,
of Schedule A, Speed Limits, of Section 18-401 by the deletion of
the following:
Highway 54 - From Missouri Boulevard to the south city limits
of Cedar City.
Section 4. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is
hereby amended by amending subpart (c) forty-five miles per hour,
of Schedule A, Sneed Limits, of Section 18-401 by the addition of
the following:,
Highway 54 - From 1, 150 feet south of Hwy 63 to Missouri
Boulevard.
Section 5. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby amended by amending subpart (d) forty miles per hour, of
Schedule A, Speed Limits, -of Section 18-401 by the addition of the
following:
Cedar City Drive (Old Highway 63) - From the west city limit
to Highway 54
Section This ordinance shall be in full force and affect
from and after, its passage and approval.
