AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT SUPPLEMENT
AMENDING CONTRACT NO. DTFA09-85-L-10177 DATED APRIL 9, 1985, FOR
THE MASTER SITE LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND
THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a written contract supplement to amend the
Master Site Lease, Contract No. DTFA09-85-L-10177 between the City
of Jefferson, Missouri and the U.S. Department of Transportation,
Federal Aviation Administration.
Section 2. A copy of said supplemental contract is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

CONTRACT SUPPLEMENT Dated April 9, 1985
For Master Site Lease
At Memorial Airport
Jefferson City, Missouri
Contract No. DTFA09-85-L-10117 is hereby amended by adding the following Hazardous Materiel Liability
Limitation Clause:
"The Government agrees to remediate,at its sole cost, all hazardous substance contamination on the
leased premises that is found to have occurred as a direct result of the installation,operation,and/or
maintenance of the Government's facilities. The Lessor agrees to remediate,at its sole cost,any and
all other hazardous substance contamination found on the leased premises. The Lessor also agrees
to save and hold the Government harmless for any and all cost,liability and/or claims by third
parties that arise out of hazardous contamination found on the leased premises not directly
attributable to the installation,operation,and/or maintenance of the Government's facilities."
All other terms and conditions of Contract No. DTFA09-85-L-10117 shall remain the same.
Supplement No. 5 shall become effective upon the date executed
