AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
11120 ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1988-89 BY AMENDING
THE AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION IN THE PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT PERTAINING TO SUPERINTENDENT OF CONSTRUCTION AND
LANDSCAPING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 11120 shall be amended by the deletion
of the following position to the list of authorized personnel in
the Jefferson City Parks and Recreation Department:
Parks & Landscape Planner Range 41
Section 2. Ordinance 11120 shall be further amended by the
addition of the following position in the list of authorized
personnel in the Jefferson City Parks and Recreation Commission:
Superintendent of Construction
& Landscaping Range 49
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
