AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
finds that certain property in the custody of the various City
departments and described below as surplus property, and as such
represents a burdensome cost for storage and maintenance, and that
the property is no longer needed for any public purpose.

MARTIN 25 ton lowboy 5th wheel trailer, tandam axle, air

Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to
request permission from the State of Missouri Purchasing Department
to place surplus items described in Section 1 for sale in the
Surplus Property sale to be conducted on July 26, 1989.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
