APPOINTING CARMELA POGORZELSKI
TO THE POSITION OF MUNICIPAL CLERK
WHEREAS, the Borough is required to appoint a municipal clerk in the Borough; and
WHEREAS, Acting Municipal Clerk Carmela Pogorzelski is qualified to hold said
position; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make an appointment to said
position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that
CARMELAPOGORZELSKI
be and is hereby appointed to the position of municipal clerk, effective January 1, 2021.
Adopted this 30 day of December, 2020
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 31, 2020.
