AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WHITNEY WOODS SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Whitney Woods Partnership, Kenneth P. Otke,
Bernadette G. Otke, and David L. Kaiser, partners, owner of the
real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Part of Greenberry Hills Subdivision, Section 2, as per
plat of record in Plat Book 5, Page 47, Cole County
Recorder's Office, and part of Lot "E" of Payne Meadows
Subdivision, as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, Page
39, Cole County Recorder's Office, being also part of the
southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 19
and part of the east half of the northeast quarter of
Am Section 30, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the City
VP of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the east half of the
northeast quarter of said Section 30; thence N 840 35 '
15" E, along the Section Line, 374.18 feet to the
easterly boundary of a tract described by deed of record
in Book 116, Page 25, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence N 250 09 ' 31" W, along the easterly boundary of
said tract, 167.35 feet to the southwesterly corner of
Payne Meadows Subdivision, as per plat of record in Plat
Book 5, Page 39, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
N 880 02 ' 16" E, along the southerly line of said Payne
Meadows Subdivision, 212.00 feet to a corner on the
southern boundary of a tract described by deed of record
in Book 188, Page 583, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence N 600 36 ' 13" E, along the southern boundary of
said tract, 111.75 feet to the center of a creek; thence
S 460 27 ' 20" E, along the center of said creek 23.66
feet; thence S 230 47 ' 09" E, along the center of said
creek, 37.28 feet to a point on the southerly line of
said Payne Meadows Subdivision; thence N 880 02 ' 16" E,
along the southerly line of said Payne Meadows
Subdivision, 245.96 feet to the southeast corner of Lot
C of Payne Meadows Subdivision; thence N 01° 23 ' 10" W,
along the east line of said Lot C, 33.00 feet to the
southwest corner of a tract described by deed of record
in Book 232 Page 623, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence N 886 36' 50" E, along the south line of said
tract, 110.00 feet to a point on the west line of a tract
described by deed of record in Book 281, Page 435, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence S 010 23 ' 10" E, along
the west line of said tract 150.00 feet to the southwest
corner thereof; thence N 880 36' 50" E, along the south
line of said tract, 13.00 feet to the northwest corner
of a tract described by deed of record in Book 280, Page
99, Cole County Recorder's Office, being also the
northwest corner of Greenberry Hills Subdivision, Section
1, as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, Page 47, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence southerly, along the
westerly line of Greenberry Hills Subdivision, the
following courses: S 01° 23 ' 10" E, 141.54 feet; thence
S 200 15 ' 51" E, 311.28 feet; thence S 230 25' 32" W,
369.99 feet; thence S 040 18 ' 10" W, 133 .68 feet to the
northeasterly corner of a tract described by deed of
record in Book 272, Page 826, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence leaving the westerly line of said
Greenberry Hills Subdivision, Section 1, S 820 45' 22"
W, along the northerly line of said tract, 51.03 feet to
the northwesterly corner thereof; thence S 040 18 ' 10"
W, along the westerly line of said tract, 67.91 feet;
thence S 310 45' 01" E, along the westerly line of said
tract, 17.97 feet; thence S 840 30 ' 00" W, 840.75 feet
AML to a point on the west line of the east half of the
northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 44 North, Range
11 West; thence N 040 57 ' 40" W, along the quarter
section line, 987. 13 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 24.70 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Whitney Woods Subdivision, Section One,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully
complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Whitney Woods Subdivision, Section
One, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify
the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
