AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
SUNRISE DRIVE AND SUNSET LAKE ROAD (1630 SUNRISE DRIVE) FROM RS-
2 (SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING) TO RS-3 (SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-2 (Single Family Dwelling) to RS-3 (Single Family
Dwelling) :
A 2 acre tract of land situated in the southwest quarter of
Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri; being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of the SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of said Section 13, said being 30 feet east of the NW
corner of said quarter quarter section; thence south and
AWL parallel to the west line of said quarter quarter section, 375
feet; thence west and parallel to the north line of the south
half of the SW 1/4 of said Section 13, 202.6 feet to the
Southeast corner of a tract as described in Book 166, Page
682, of the Cole County Recorder's Office; thence northerly
along the easterly lines of tracts as described in Book 166,
Page 682; Book 172, Page 126; Book 172, Page 220; Book 172,
Page 44; Book 168, Page 421; and Book 155, Page 21 all of the
Cole County Recorder's Office, 475.26 feet to the southerly
line of Sunrise Drive; thence easterly along the southerly
line of Sunrise Drive and Sunset Lake Road, 189 feet to a
point 30 feet east of the west line of the NE 1/4 of the SW
1/4 of said Section 13; thence south and parallel to said
west line, 65 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
