ORDINANCE NO. / 13 G I
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE MISSOURI
HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION FOR AN AIRPORT CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. AIR 892-40B.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute: a grant contract with the Missouri Highway and
Transportation Commission for state funds in the amount of $14,000
to apply toward the construction of hangar access taxiways,
entrance road and perimeter fence.
Section 2. A copy of said grant contract is attached hereto
. and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
