AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A
CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES OVER LAND LOCATED IN VALLEY
PARK WEST SUBDIVISION IN JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council finds that the following described
easement is surplus property of the City and is no longer needed
for any public purpose:
A twelve foot utility easement immediately east of and
adjacent to the westerly line of said Lot NO. 41 from the
south line of the 20 foot utility easement on the north
line of said Lot No. 41 southerly to the north line of
the 20 foot utility easement along the south side of said
Lot No. 41.
Section 2. The easement described in Section 1 is hereby
relinquished, and the City does hereby release and abandon whatever
® interest it has in the easement.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute any necessary legal document relinquishing all of the
City's interest in the tract of ground described in Section 1.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
