AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
CENTRAL MISSOURI PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF SEVEN
HILLS ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section-1. The Maycr and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an amendment to the agreement dated April 6,
1987, Central Missouri Professional Services for work done in
conjunction with the design of Seven Hills Road, for an additional
sum not to exceed $20, 000. 00.
Section-2 . The amendment shall be substantially the same in
form and content as that amendment attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Section- 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

1989, by and between the City of Jefferson, Missouri., a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City, and Central .::.
Missouri Professional Services, Inc. , hereinafter referred to as _ ^
"Contractor. " fx
i!4' WHEREAS, City and Contractor did on April 6, 1989, enter into an
agreement for the provision of certain technical and professional
services for the design of Seven Hill Road; and 1 /3;n�r
WHEREAS, Contractor is willing to enter into this Amendment to ani ,
Agreement with respect to his employment and services upon the
terms and conditions herein set forth,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it agreed the Agreement shall be amended as

1. Scope of Services. The scope of services for the design of
Seven Hills Road is hereby amended by including the following list r•,.. 1.
