CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES IN LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION IN JEFFERSON CITY MISSOURI. WHEREAS, by an easement dated March 14 , 1969, and recorded in Plat Book 212 , Page 407, of the Records of the Cole County, Missouri, a sewer easement was granted to the City of Jefferson a Municipal Corporation, to excavate within install construct maintain and repair structures for the routing and conveyance of sewer in, under `,=t.{ t;,. and through the lots tracts or parcels of land described in Section 1; BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: S Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose: j ,.+. +, , A 10 foot wide strip of land across a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, lying 5 feet each side of and adjacent to the following described centerline: Aft {�5su5ti:}Ft7r, From the northeast corner of Landwehr Hills Subdivision Section 14, as per plat of record in Book 11, Page 323 , Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S84 32 ' 35"W, along the northerly line of lot 401 of said LLandwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 14, 88 . 20 feet; thence N04 27 ' 37 11W, 117. 75 feet; thence N89 4115411W, 151.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for 'this ' . centerline description; thence N7240126 11E, 399.52 ; thencer ; S5015144 11E, 213.89 feet to the POINT OF TERMINATION. Section 2. The easement described in Section 1 is hereby relinquished, and the City does hereby release and abandon whatever ' ' . interest it has in the easement. Section 3.
