PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION DATES IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON FOR

BE IT ENACTED BY. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 115 RSMo. , Municipal Elections
are hereby established as follows:
(a) A Primary Election shall be held Tuesday, February 6,

1990, if needed. '
(b) A General Election shall be held Tuesday, April 3, 1990.
' (c) The City Clerk shall notify the County Election Authority
of the candidates for office and election dates.

d One member of the City Council from each ward shall 'be `
a. elected at the General Election on Tuesday, April 3,
1990.
.F'• Section 2. Declarations of candidacy for party candidates and
petitions for the nomination of independent candidates must be
filed with the City Clerk between 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November
t4 ` s 7, 1989 and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 1989.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
