AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING THE
+d MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE OF MISSOURI FOR LOT 17 , AND A SUBLEASE AGREEMENT WITH
` 4 UNION ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR THE LEASING OF PARKING SPACES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
tr AS FOLLOWS:
,;.. Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an amendment to the agreement with State of
Missouri for Lot 17 and a sublease agreement with Union Electric
Company for the leasing of parking spaces. _
Section 2 . The agreement shall be substantially the same in f
