AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI DECLARING CERTAIN
'€ PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
' Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
ari,;;• finds that certain property in the custody of the Finance
t" Department and described as follows:
IBM Computer System 36 - 5360
is surplus property, and as such represents a burdensome cost for

storage and maintenance and that the property is no longer needed
for any public purpose.
Section 2 . The Finance Department is hereby authorized to
advertise for bid the item described in Section 1 for sale, and to
{ sell the property to the highest bidder.
A' Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
