; r Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Booker Associates, Inc. , for
the design and development of a passive park on Adrians Island. `
The amount of the contract shall not exceed $8, 090.00. �vF }

This Agreement is made by and among the Housing Authority

The parties, in consideration of the mutual promises herein
contained, agree as follows :
1. The Authority shall enter into a contract with Booker
Associates, Inc. ("Booker") to provide a plan for the Y.
development of a passive park on Adrians Island. A copy of the
' proposed contract between the Authority and Booker is marked '`

2. Upon receipt of appropriate invoice therefor, the
