CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING THE PROPERTY BOUNDED BY WOODLAWN, r ;^�.;Sx

WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
