BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
siaW' Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson Missouri,finds that certain property in the custody of the Fire Department
t; and described as follows:

1975 Seagrave Fire Pumper Truck; Serial No. E-73423
is surplus property, and as such represents a burdensome cost for .
storage and maintenance, and that the property is no longer needed
for any public purpose. :
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to
advertise for bid the items described in Section 1 for sale, and
to sell the property to the highest bidder. �a
} Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 4,
from and after the date of its passage and app oval.
