During this first element, we would expect to obtain copies of airport ' es records covering service (schedules and d tinations) and enplanements for at ' least the last five Y }k years. We currently have available to us historic enplane- ',.x, ment information on JEF and AIZ when service was•available at those locations. However, this CAB, now DOT, 0&D data are susceptible to significant errors since the r y are traditionally based on 10% samples of actual traffic.
