BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Article IV (Taxicabs) Section 29.75 (Definitions)
' of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended
by changing the definition of taxicabs to read as follows:
Taxicabs: A motor vehicle of not more than seven- v�
passenger capacity, not including the driver, used in the
transportation of persons or property for hire between
points within this city, or between points within this
city and points outside of this city, but not including
limousines. r
