AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI REPEALING SECTION
1-17 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DEFINING THE ? k,
a' EXISTING CITY BOUNDARY AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION PERTAINING TO THEM
SAME SUBJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Jefferson, Missouri, did purchase ,i5}` '
located on Seven Hills Road for the improvement of said {° F`

WHEREAS, the: City of Jefferson, Missouri, wishes said property
to be incorporated into the city limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: as. w{ i
Section 1. Section 1-17 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, t ;-} ,
Missouri, is hereby repealed and a new Section 1-17 is hereby
