Section 1. A bond election is hereby ordered to be held in

the City of Jefferson, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 3, 1990, on the
following question:

The authorization of such revenue bonds will authorize the .l
collection of rates, fees and charges for the use of and services
provided by the City's parking facilities sufficient to pay the
interest on and principal of said revenue bonds as they fall due ' '
and to provide for and maintain all contractual obligations

Section 2 . The form of the Notice of Bond Election for said

adoption of this Ordinance no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 6,
