BOYD, BROWN, STUDE & CAMBERN FOR THE DESIGN OF RENOVATIONS AND
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY PARKING GARAGE.

Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
";. directed to execute an amendment to the agreement with Boyd, Brown, '

shall not exceed $154,720. 00. '

Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same int '

AMENDMENT TO AGREENENT
