AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 502 EAST MCCARTY STREET
FROM RA• 2, MULTI FAMILY, TO C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RA-21 Multi Family, to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Inlot 621;
thence easterly 104 - 38 feet along the northerly line of
Inlot 621 to the northeast corner thereof; thence

southerly along the easterly line of Inlot 621, 99.38
feet; thence westerly 104. 38 feet along a line which is
parallel to and 99 . 38 feet from the northerly line of
Inlot 621 to the westerly line of Inlot 621; thence
northerly 99.38 feet along said westerly line to the
point of beginning.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
