AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
11310 ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1989-90 BY AMENDING
THE AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION IN THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT PERTAINING TO CIVIL ENGINEER.

< Section 1. Ordinance 11310 shall be amended by the deletion r;
of the following positions to the list of authorized personnel in
-, the Public Works Department:

Section 2. Ordinance 11310 shall be further amended by the
addition of the following positions in the list of authorized
personnel in the Public Works Department: ¢'
Civil Engineer 51
't Section 3. Ordinance 11310 shall be further amended by
changing the job title of "Civil Engineer" (Position # 4308) in the
Wastewater Division to "Environmental Engineer".
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
