OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY REMOVING STOP

PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC CIRCLE ON COUNTRY CLUB '
DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance 10722 amending Schedule G (Stop
Intersections) of Section 19-401 of the Code of the City of

` Jefferson, Missouri, by removing stop intersections as follows:

Section 2 A traffic circle shall be installed at the

westerly end of Hobbs Lane at Country Club Drive and the commercialr;r r4' ?

r district immediately to the west. This traffic circle shall be
constructed with City funds. The landscaping of the traffic circle
shall be from private funds. '

Section 3 . The removal of the stop signs provided for in
z" Section 1 shall not occur until the traffic circle as provided for
in Section 2 has been completed. The traffic circle shall be
completed within one hundred twenty (120) days after the passage �`i '
r . and approval of this ordinance.
Section 4 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval .
