AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE RESULT OF THE BOND ELECTION HELD IN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ON APRIL 3 , 1990, ON THE QUESTION
WHETHER TO ISSUE THE PARKING FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $6, 500, 000 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EXISTING PARKING ,
GARAGE AND ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING AND IMPROVING OTHER PARKING 'e
FACILITIES AND RELATED EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THE ACQUISITION OF ANY

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. It is hereby found and declared that the vote at
the bond election held in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, on April
3 , 1990, on the question whether to issue the parking facilities xr
revenue bonds of the City in the principal amount of $6, 500, 000 for
the purpose of constructing improvements to the existing parking
garage and acquiring, constructing and improving other parking s • °: �
facilities and related equipment, including the acquisition of any :+
S' necessary land, the principal of and interest on said revenue bonds
to be payable solely from the revenues derived by said City from "t
the operation of its parking facilities, including all future
improvements and extensions thereto, resulted as follows:

Section 2 . It is hereby found and declared that a majority
I of the qualified voters of the City voting on the question voted
in favor of issuing said revenue bonds, and that the Council of
said City is therefore vested with full power and authority -to

proceed with the issuance of said bonds.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
