AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and 3
directed to execute an additional amendment to the previously
amended agreement with Boyd, Brown, Stude & Cambern for the design
of renovations and improvements to the Jefferson City Municipal '=. r; K
Parking Garage. The amount of the contract shall not exceed r;
$212, 365.00. ,4
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in r
form and content as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.

WHEREAS the City did enter into an agreement with the Consultant
on or about October 24, 1989, for certain professional and
technical services in connection with the renovations and , f9Lx,'
improvements to the City parking garage; and ` . ; j '•.
WHEREAS, the City did amend said agreement on or about February 7,
1990, to provide for the inclusion of Alternate services included

in the original contract; and
WHEREAS, the City does now wish to further amend the agreement to
provide for additional engineering services and a resident
representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it agreed as follows:
1. Section 2 , BBSC Scope of Services, of the Agreement dated
October 24 , 1989, as amended by agreement a dated February

1990, is hereby further amended to include the following: `"�•y "''
Engineering Services:
* The revisions of the existing design and construction z% ;'•
{. documents for the two new levels at the east quite

extensive to bring the design into compliance with the current
building code. These revisions included modifications of mild
steel and post-tension steel in the slabs, joists and beams.
In addition, the joist pan form size was also revised to
accommodate economy in sizes currently readily available. ?<' "
* Preparation of civil drawings to show removal and replacement
of sidewalks, curbs, trees, etc. outside of the garage.
The coordination and incorporation of the automated parking Qf } '
system into the contract documents.
Relocation of the garage office from level E to level C.
Elimination of the code requirement to design and detail a `q
