AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,

AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
finds that certain property in the custody of the Finance
Department described as follows:
IBM Series III, Model 60 Copier
is surplus property, and as such represents a burdensome cost for
; .' storage and maintenance, and that the property is no longer needed
4 for any public purpose.
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to
advertise for bid the item described in Section 1 for sale, and to
sell the property to the highest bidder.
