ON BEHALF OF VON HOFFMAN PRESS, INC. , AND TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS CONNECTED THEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the Council approved Ordinance 11207 authorizing the
adjusting of boundaries between the property owned by the City and
i , the adjoining property owners to more accurately define ownership;

WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 187 , Page 521, of ther:l

Records of the Cole County, Missouri, a sewer easement was granted
fit.. to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to excavate

routing and conveyance of sewer in, under and through the lots,
tracts or parcels of land described in Section 3 ; s,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
=`t AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson, '
Missouri, are hereby authorized to execute the utilities easements
` to Union Electric Company, for Von Hoffman Press, Inc. , and to
execute any documents necessary related thereto.

Section 2. The easements shall be substantially the same in
form and content as those easements attached hereto as Exhibits A
and B.

Section 3. The Council finds that the following described
s : easement is surplus property of the City and is no longer needed
` for any public purpose:
A strip of land twenty (20) feet of even width across a
part of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section
2, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, the centerline of
: ? which is described as follows:
r ?s. From the southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the �{
^ " Southeast quarter of said Section 2, thence west along
� ' the south line of said quarter-quarter 1.51 chains to the
southeast corner of the said Wilson property; thence

said tract 375.7 feet, more or less, to an intersection

Also, an easement of an even width of fifteen (15) feet
upon the land located immediately adjacent to each side, S

construction and installation of the aforementioned
sanitary sewer facilities; provided that this additional
easement shall expire and terminate one year from the
date of this instrument.

relinquished, and the City does hereby release and abandon whatever

' Section 5. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute any necessary legal documents relinquishing all of the
City's interest in the tract of ground described in Section 3 .
