WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 281, Page 123, of the
Records of the Cole County, Missouri, a sewer easement was granted ',
to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to excavate
within, install, construct, maintain and repair structures for the
routing and conveyance of sewer in, under and through the lots
