AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A
CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER AND STORMWATER DRAINAGE
PURPOSES EAST OF ALAMEDA AND SOUTH OF WEST TRUMAN BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 314, Page 377 , of the ,r
Records of the Cole County, Missouri, a sewer easement was grante3 ;, .g
to the City of Jefferson a Municipal corporation, to excavate
within, install, construct, maintain and repair structures for the
routing and conveyance of ' sewer in, under and through the lots,
{; tracts or parcels of land described in Section 1; and
WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 3141 Page 375, of the
' Records of the Cole County, Missouri, a stormwater drainage _:£, *„
easement was granted to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal
Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct, maintain and
repair structures for the routing and conveyance of sewer in, under
and through the lots, tracts or parcels of land described in tt " :,•,;;

WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Jefferson, has determined that
these easements are no longer necessary for public use.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
