AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY AMENDING SCHEDULE U (SCHOOL
3US LOADING ZONES, SCHOOL ZONES, PARKING LOTS . ETC.,) OF SECTION 19-
401 BY DELETING A PORTION OF MILLER STREET
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby amended by amending Schedule U (School Bus Loading Zones,
School Zones, Parking Lots, etc ) of Section 19-401 by deleting
the following:
Miller Street - on the south half thereof, between Madison and
Monroe Streets, between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. , and between
2:30 p.m and 4: 00 p.m. on any day the school is attended by
children
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
